Lefant vs SwitchBot
On the numbers, SwitchBot fields the deeper lineup (7 models), while Lefant has the cheaper entry point at ~$90, while SwitchBot leans harder into mopping (5 mopping machines). The table has the lineup-level numbers; the matchups below put individual models spec sheet to spec sheet.
Which brand to buy
The SwitchBot K11+ costs $240, as did the now-discontinued K10+ it replaced, the nearest SwitchBot gets to Lefant's prices, and the Lefant M2S Pro at $180 is the obvious alternative. All three self-empty and map with LiDAR. The difference is size and suction. The SwitchBot K10+ is a mini robot about half the footprint of a standard one, and owners say it slips between chair legs and runs remarkably quietly, but its 2500 Pa struggles with bigger debris and medium-pile carpet, and its mop barely mops. The Lefant M2S Pro lists 10000 Pa and a 240-minute battery, and the SwitchBot K11+ lists 6000 Pa with obstacle avoidance.
Above that, SwitchBot offers dock features Lefant does not. The SwitchBot S20 at $360 washes its mop with hot water and adds a camera, and the SwitchBot S10 ($360) connects to plumbing so you never fill a tank. No Lefant washes its own mop.
Owner evidence is thin on both sides: only the SwitchBot K10+ has owner reports, so most of this comes down to specs.
Choose SwitchBot for a cramped studio, a hot-water mop dock or a plumbed setup. Choose Lefant for the most suction and battery for the money at $180, in a normal-sized home.

Lefant vs SwitchBot: common questions
Is the SwitchBot K10+ or a Lefant better for a small apartment?▾
For a studio crowded with furniture, the SwitchBot K10+ fits where full-size robots cannot, and owners praise how quiet it is; it is now discontinued, and its successor is the K11+. For a small but open apartment, the Lefant M2S Pro offers more suction and battery for $180.
Does Lefant have a robot that washes its mop like the SwitchBot S20?▾
No. Every Lefant mop is cleaned by hand. The SwitchBot S20 at $360 washes its mop with hot water at the dock, which is the main reason to spend more than the $180 Lefant M2S Pro.
