SwitchBot Vacuums
SwitchBot has 7 vacuums on The Vacuum List, across 2 machine types, priced from ~$240 to ~$595, 5 of which also mop. The flagship of the lineup is the SwitchBot K20+ Pro. Compare the full lineup below.
SwitchBot started in Shenzhen in 2015 making retrofit gadgets, small motors that press buttons or open curtains so ordinary appliances can be run from a phone. Robot vacuums came later, from a company that now describes itself as building home robots. That background shows in the line: the models listed here put small size, low noise and smart-home links ahead of raw suction.
The models fall into a mini line and a full-size line. The minis are the K11+ ($240) and the now-discontinued K10+ it replaced at the same price. Their round bodies are 9.76 inches across on the K10+, about half the size of a standard robot, and they come with a compact base that empties the bin into a bag. The K11+ raises rated suction from 2,500 to 6,000 Pa and adds Matter support for Apple Home and Google Home. The K10+ Pro Combo ($320) pairs a mini robot with a cordless handheld, and both empty into one shared base. The full-size models are mop robots: the S20 ($360) washes its mop pads in hot water at the dock, and the S10 ($360) connects to the home's water supply and drain, so nobody refills or empties a tank. That plumbing hookup is an installation job, not a plug-in dock.
Only the K10+ has enough owner reports to summarize. Owners in small, crowded apartments describe it as the robot that finally cleans between chair legs and under bedside tables, and it is quiet enough to run during calls. They are just as clear about its limits. The mop is a dragged disposable wipe that owners say barely mops, bigger debris and medium-pile carpet beat it, and door thresholds above about 20 mm stop it.
The size decision comes first. The minis suit small homes with hard floors and low rugs, and the larger S-series is for homes that want real mopping.

Does the SwitchBot K10+ mop?▾
Only in a limited way. It drags a disposable wet wipe without pressure or a water feed, and owners say it barely mops. Treat the K10+ as a small vacuum robot, and look at the S20 or S10 if mopping matters. The K10+ is now discontinued, replaced by the K11+.
What does the SwitchBot S10 need to install?▾
The S10's water station connects to the home's water line and drain so it can refill and empty itself. That means plumbing near the dock spot, and many buyers will want a plumber to fit the connections.
Why buy a mini robot vacuum like the K10+ or K11+?▾
Their smaller round bodies fit between chair legs, around bathroom fixtures and into tight kitchen corners that full-size robots bump into and skip. The trade is lower suction and a small onboard bin that depends on the self-emptying base.
