Samsung Vacuums
Samsung has 10 vacuums on The Vacuum List, across 3 machine types, priced from ~$330 to ~$1,400, 3 of which also mop. The flagship of the lineup is the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI+. Compare the full lineup below.
Vacuums are a small corner of Samsung Electronics, the Suwon, South Korea company founded in 1969 as Samsung Electric Industries and now the flagship listed business of the Samsung group. They sit in the same home-appliance division as its refrigerators and washing machines, which shows in how the line is sold: most Samsung models listed here connect to the SmartThings app, and the robots are pitched as part of a Samsung smart home as much as cleaning tools.
The cordless sticks split into two families. The plain Jet Stick line (Jet 60 Pet at $330, Jet 75 Pet at $499, Jet 85S at $750, Jet 95S at $850) has no dock: you empty the bin yourself. The Bespoke AI line adds the All-in-One Clean Station, which empties the stick into a sealed container and charges it whenever it is parked. The Bespoke AI Jet Lite at $898 is the cheaper way in, and the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra at $1,100 adds the 400-watt motor Samsung launched in March 2025 and a second battery. The robots are now down to the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Steam at $1,400, whose dock sanitizes the mop pads with steam; the Jet Bot+, Bespoke Jet Bot AI and Jet Bot Combo AI+ are discontinued.
On the sticks, owners keep returning to the Clean Station: Jet Ultra and Jet Lite owners who had earlier Bespoke models say no-dust emptying is why they stay in the line. The same owners say the AI floor sensing misses subtle floor changes, so many choose modes by hand. Jet 75 Pet owners report the display and power buttons failing around two years in, and Jet 60 Pet owners describe filters that clog after a few cleans. The robots draw harsher reports. Bespoke Jet Bot AI and Jet Bot+ owners call the 200 ml onboard bin far too small, and Jet Bot Combo AI+ owners split roughly evenly, praising the steam-cleaned pads and obstacle avoidance while reporting dropped mop pads, units that died early and a SmartThings app that misbehaves on iOS.
Every Samsung model listed here carries a 1-year warranty, shorter than many rival sticks and robots. Jet Stick 95S owners also warn that replacement parts get expensive, including one whose floor head cracked after a few months of use.

Should I buy the Bespoke AI Jet Lite or the Jet Ultra?▾
Owners say the Jet Lite cleans everyday dust on hard floors and low-pile carpet about as well as the Ultra, and it is lighter. The Ultra's extra power shows on debris buried in thick carpet, and it ships with two batteries. Both use the same self-emptying Clean Station and the same 1-year warranty.
What does Samsung's All-in-One Clean Station do?▾
When you park a Bespoke AI stick in the Clean Station, it automatically empties the bin into the station's container and starts charging the battery. Owners value it for emptying without a dust cloud, but it needs permanent floor space near an outlet and the bags are a recurring cost.
Are Samsung's robot vacuums worth it outside the SmartThings ecosystem?▾
Owners mostly say no. Bespoke Jet Bot AI and Jet Bot+ owners recommend them chiefly to SmartThings households because of their small 200 ml bins and average carpet cleaning, and Jet Bot Combo owners describe software and reliability problems that leave owner sentiment split despite strong obstacle avoidance.
