Roomba Combo Essential

Combo Essential is the vacuum-and-mop sibling of iRobot's entry-tier Roomba - same gyroscope navigation, same basic charging dock, no self-empty, but now it drags a washable microfiber pad behind it too. Three suction levels and three water levels give you some control over how wet it mops, and the pad is rated for about 30 uses before replacement. It cleans up to 500 sq ft per cycle, which fits a small apartment but means bigger homes will need multiple runs or a schedule split across zones. There's no auto mop lifting, so it can't sense a rug and lift the pad automatically - you'll want to set no-mop zones yourself if you have area rugs mixed with hard floor. iRobot's Clean Map reports give you after-the-fact room breakdowns even without live LiDAR mapping. This is the budget way to get 2-in-1 functionality from the Roomba name, but every auto-wash, auto-empty, and carpet-sensing feature that makes higher-end combos low-maintenance is absent here - you're doing the pad swaps and bin empties by hand.
