Oreck Discover Upright Vacuum
Oreck's newest lightweight bagged upright weighs 7.7 lb without its cord, light enough to carry up stairs one-handed. It draws 3.5 A and fills an 8 qt HEPA media bag, with a 30 ft cord and a headlight. Oreck gives no suction rating. The 7-year limited warranty is the strongest selling point at about $700, which sits above the Elevate Conquer.
