Eureka
Eureka MaxSwivel NEU250
Eureka's current swivel-steering upright pairs a 360-degree pivoting base with sealed HEPA filtration, aimed at pet owners who want to work a vacuum around furniture legs without wrestling a rigid body. A pet tool handles hair on upholstery and stairs, the cord retracts automatically instead of needing to be wound by hand, and a quick-release handle gives roughly 7.5 feet of hose reach for above-floor cleaning. At 10 pounds and under $100 it's priced with Eureka's other budget uprights, and the 960-watt motor and 20-foot cord are competitive numbers for the class. The honest gaps: Eureka doesn't publish a dust cup capacity or noise rating for this model, there's no LED headlight, and it isn't sold through Amazon — you'll need to buy it directly from Eureka or another retailer that carries it. If the swivel base and sealed HEPA filtration are what you're after, it's a reasonably priced way to get both.
